Whether you want to give birth in hospital, at home, have a water birth or have another birth preference, I will provide you with non-judgemental, practical and emotional support and evidence-based information throughout your journey. Overall, I’ll be there to assist you in achieving the positive birth experience you deserve.

Birth Doula Packages & Prices
Below, you’ll find some of the most popular packages I offer - but most packages are entirely bespoke to meet your family’s needs.
Before purchasing any service, I offer a free 30 minute discovery call. This will allow you to meet me virtually and ensure we are a right fit before we go forward and work together. It is super important you find the right doula for you, as we will be spending a lot of time together and sharing the most intimate beautiful journey.
Full terms and conditions of the package will be on your contract and shared after our discovery call, if you decide to go with me. Payment plans can be discussed to spread the cost throughout your pregnancy; however full payment is required once I go on call by 38 weeks.
What areas do you cover?
I am based near Colchester, on the Essex/Suffolk border and offer my doula services to all surrounding areas. I cover Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire (within 1 hour drive of North Colchester).
If you are outside these areas, or abroad, but feel I may be the doula for you then please do get in touch and we can see if it is possible for me to support you virtually.
My in-person birth doula package
What’s included:
Two antenatal meetings in your home (2 hours each) to discuss your individual needs, prepare and plan for your birth and build on our relationship
Continuous contact and support via Whatsapp throughout pregnancy for questions and guidance
Access to my resource library
24/7 on call from 38 weeks to 42 weeks of pregnancy
Continuous support throughout your entire labour
Immediate postpartum care following birth
One postpartum follow up visit in your home (around 2 hours), focusing on emotional support, feeding support, bonding and postnatal recovery
Plus unlimited phone/email support afterwards until baby is 6 weeks old

My virtual birth Doula package
What’s included:
Two antenatal online meetings (1.5 hours each) to help support you in your birth and postnatal preparations
Continuous contact and support via Whatsapp for the whole duration of our contract to ask questions and seek guidance when you need it
Early labour support to help you stay at home for as long as you can and know when the right time is to transfer to the hospital and when to call the midwifes. It could also be moral support for your partner on knowing what to do and when
My support will then continue virtually with Facetime/WhatsApp as and when needed during the labour (if you want or need it) to help you and your partner in decision making around your care and/or being someone to call upon for guidance when needed
One postpartum follow up online meeting to debrief on your birth and offer that initial postnatal support with feeding and postnatal recovery advice
